 - We accept returns of CDs or vinyl records within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

 - The CD or vinyl must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition (no damage or signs of use).

 - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or has been sent incorrectly.

 2. Refunds:

 - Once the return has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

 - The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.

 - Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or incorrect shipments.

 3. Defective Products or Incorrect Shipments:

 - If you receive a defective or incorrect CD or vinyl, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

At Kaizen Classical, we make sure your orders arrive safely and on time. Below we detail our shipping policy:

 - National Shipping (Spain): €1.95 for standard shipping via Correos.

 - International Shipping: €2.95 for standard shipping via Correos.

 - International: Orders may take between 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

3. Order Processing:

 - All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

 - You will receive a confirmation email with shipping details once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipment Tracking:

 - For standard shipping, a tracking number is not provided. If you would like a tracked service, please contact us before placing your order to arrange additional costs.

5. Responsibility for Shipments:
